Lokero came to us with a clear idea: create a marketplace that connects people who have unused space with people who need extra room for storage.
The goal was to build a platform where users can easily find available storage space, browse listings with key details, and submit their own space for rent — whether it’s a garage, attic, spare room or a small warehouse. Alongside the core marketplace, the project also needed a blog and SEO-ready structure that could help attract non-branded traffic around storage-related searches. On the live site, this structure is already visible through listing discovery, FAQ, blog and the “Publish space” flow.
The challenge
The challenge with Lokero wasn’t just building a website. It was creating a product that had to work from both sides of the marketplace.
On one side, the platform needed to help users quickly find a suitable space based on location, size, price and listing details. On the other, it had to make it easy for owners to submit their own offers and present them in a way that feels clear, trustworthy and structured.
That meant we were not designing a simple landing page or content-based site, but a custom marketplace experience with multiple user intentions, listing logic, clear categorisation and room for future SEO growth through content. The platform also had to be launched fast — without sacrificing clarity or usability.
This kind of challenge is different from projects like modue, where the main issue was improving an existing ecommerce buying flow. Here, we had to design the logic of the platform itself from the ground up.

The solution
We designed and built Lokero as a custom marketplace focused on simplicity, usability and clear information architecture.
The platform gives users a way to browse available spaces for rent, compare key listing details and move deeper into full offer pages that explain the property more clearly — including pricing, size, address and selected amenities. At the same time, owners can use a dedicated submission flow to publish their own space and enter the marketplace without unnecessary friction. These elements are visible today through the listing previews, full offer entries, FAQ and the “Opublikuj przestrzeń” form on the live site.
To support long-term growth, we also added a blog structure that allows the Lokero team to publish their own articles and build visibility around non-branded, search-driven topics related to storage, self-storage and renting unused space. The blog is already part of the live navigation, alongside listing discovery and FAQ.
The result is not just a cleaner interface, but a marketplace with a much stronger foundation: easier to understand for users, easier to manage for the team and much better prepared for traffic acquisition through both product pages and organic content.

What we delivered
A full custom marketplace platform designed and launched in 6 weeks.
This included:
a custom marketplace structure for both listing discovery and offer submission
clear categorisation of available spaces and listing logic
listing cards with essential details such as owner, price, size and address
full property pages with more detailed offer descriptions and amenities
a submission form for users who want to publish their own space
an FAQ section supporting clarity and trust
a blog structure that allows the team to publish SEO-focused content and attract non-branded traffic
a complete interface designed around clarity, speed and ease of use
On the live site, these core areas are already visible through the marketplace listings, FAQ, blog and owner submission flow.

Final effect
Lokero launched as a fully working marketplace in just 6 weeks — with the core structure needed to connect two sides of the platform, support listing growth and create a base for long-term SEO acquisition.
Instead of building a basic website around the idea, we created a product that already covers the essential marketplace flows: browsing listings, understanding offer details, submitting new spaces and supporting discovery through FAQ and blog content. The live version reflects that structure today.
For Lokero, this meant starting with something much more strategic than a visual placeholder. It meant launching with a platform that can actually be used, expanded and positioned for growth.
