Studio Konwersji

B2B performance marketing agency

Swapped vague agency claims for hard-number case studies, and built the site to filter for the right clients before the first call.

Studio Konwersji agency website

Studio Konwersji is a Polish performance-marketing agency combining paid ads, SEO, social, web, and analytics under one 15-year team. They build client-acquisition systems starting from the business itself rather than a fixed toolkit.

The challenge

What was the problem?

Studio Konwersji doesn't have a demand problem. Performance marketing is a crowded market, and every competitor promises the same thing: better ROAS, more leads, smarter campaigns. What the team actually needed was a way to prove they're different from the templated agencies their exact target audience has already been burned by, without sounding like just another pitch.

The target client here is specific and deliberately narrow: mature businesses spending at least 5-6k zl a month, not solo service providers or bargain hunters chasing overnight results. That's a harder site to build than it sounds. It has to repel the wrong visitor almost as hard as it converts the right one, or the qualification work just moves downstream into wasted consultation calls.

On top of that, the proof itself needed to be different. Prospects who've worked with agencies before have seen enough CTR and reach screenshots to be numb to them. What actually builds trust is a real number tied to real revenue: how much a client spent, and what came back. Without that, the site is just another agency making the same claims as the last ten agencies the prospect already ignored.

The fix

Here's what we've changed

We built the page to filter before it sells. The "Diagnoza" section right after the hero names the exact frustrations this audience has with past agencies - CAC blindness, vanity metrics, templated campaigns - so the right visitor recognizes themselves immediately and the wrong one self-selects out early.

Every case study on the page leads with a hard number tied to revenue or leads, not a dashboard screenshot. 416 818 zl in course sales from a 23 000 zl ad budget for Legal Camp. 5 800 leads from a 1 500 zl starting budget for JM Solar. That kind of proof builds more trust than any ROAS claim, because it's the exact evidence a burned prospect is actually looking for.

The "Kim jesteśmy" section reinforces the same positioning from a different angle: long-tenure clients, a senior team instead of a rotating account manager, and a video testimonial from another agency's co-founder - proof coming from a peer, not just a client.

We also built the three-step process section to remove the uncertainty that usually stalls a B2B booking. Each step answers the exact question a serious prospect has before committing: what happens on the call, how long until there's real data, how does ongoing reporting work. The contact form itself tags how each lead heard about Studio Konwersji, so the team gets the same attribution clarity they sell to their own clients.

The results

And did it actually work?

Results

38% fewer under-budget inquiries

88% consultation show-up rate

84% visitors reach the case studies section

The page now does real qualification work before a call ever gets booked. 68% of booked consultations meet the minimum ad-spend threshold, up from a mix that used to include a lot of poor-fit inquiries the team had to filter out manually after the fact.

Show-up rate for booked calls sits at 88%, which tracks with removing the uncertainty that usually causes people to skip a call they're unsure about. The clearer the process section, the fewer people ghost the booking.

The proof is also getting seen: 84% of visitors scroll past the case studies section instead of leaving before reaching it, which means the hard revenue numbers are doing their job instead of sitting unread below the fold.

If you're running a B2B service business where the site attracts the wrong leads as easily as the right ones, start with 48h Audit.
